We know what it’s like inside a school
You’re juggling a packed curriculum, competing priorities, but programs that matter keep getting squeezed.
You want your transition programs to land. Your service learning to be more than a bake sale. Your leadership programs to actually build leaders.
We’ve worked inside schools and alongside them. We know how to design programs that respect your constraints and deliver results - without adding to the pile.
What we can help with
Student leadership programs
that go beyond team-building games
Character development programs
that have real follow-through
Year 9 (and other) transition programs
that set students up for the next chapter
Service learning programs
that connect classroom learning to community impact
Professional learning
that gives staff practical facilitation skills and mindsets
How we work with schools
We’re not a one-and-done workshop provider. We are a program designer who partners with schools through three levels of support:
We come in and facilitate directly. A signature workshop, a leadership intensive, a camp session. You see our approach in action, students are engaged, and your team gets a model for what great looks like.
Step in
We co-design programs with your team. We bring the design expertise and facilitation frameworks; you bring the deep knowledge of your students and school culture.
Step alongside
We coach your team to lead. Ongoing support sessions to troubleshoot, adapt, and build internal confidence. The goal is sustainability.
Step back
Evidence & alignment
This isn't something we dreamed up over a long lunch. Our approach is built on serious learning science - inquiry-based pedagogy, active learning research and Kolb's experiential learning cycle.
It aligns with High Impact Teaching Strategies (HITS) like collaborative learning, multiple exposures, questioning, differentiated teaching, and metacognitive strategies. It also maps to the Teaching for Impact framework and key general capabilities in the Australian Curriculum: Personal and Social, Critical and Creative Thinking, Ethical Understanding, and Intercultural Understanding.
In short? Evidence-based, curriculum-aligned, designed to transform learning experiences that actually land with your students.
What Schools are saying
-
"Yoel is a wonderful educator who has made a lasting positive impact on our school. He has a profound understanding of how to meaningfully empower students and colleagues alike to develop their leadership capacity and to connect deeply with their purpose and sense of identity. He infuses his programming with a depth of meaning while simultaneously presenting this with his trademark humour and sense of fun. His strong understanding of organisational culture and ability to promote this, would benefit any organisation."
Marc Light - Principal of The King David School

"Yoel built quick relationships with students in our boarding program due to his authentic and genuine nature. He saw the best in all students and came into the space with a clear purpose. Yoel was encouraging of all to join in and push boundaries in a safe way. He set clear expectations with our young fellas. The focus on wellbeing was positive and the impact has been reflected in the young fellas behaviour and growth in their social and emotional literacy."
Jye Strugnell - Head of Indigenous and Boarding Education at Haileybury Rendall School
