Our impact

Schools

A glimpse into the experiences we’ve co-created with schools across Australia - and the meaningful impact they’ve made

The King David School, a leading independent Jewish school in Melbourne, engaged with us to design, implement, and lead a whole-school shift toward experiential education across the Senior School.

Working as part of the Senior School Executive, we collaborated closely with school leadership, wellbeing teams, and curriculum leaders to embed engaging, real-world, hands-on learning into the culture of the school.

Our work included:

  • Developing the strategic vision for the school’s new Experiential Learning Department

  • Leading and mentoring a team of experiential educators

  • Designing and facilitating programs across weekly classes, social justice initiatives, student voice, and leadership development

  • Creating and delivering parent-student events and whole-school festivals

  • Planning and running senior school camps and one-month overseas learning programs for Years 10 and 11

We also contributed to key whole-school priorities, including the Reconciliation Action Plan Committee, and founded the Zero Emissions School Committee to strengthen the school’s commitment to sustainability and community impact

Haileybury Rendall School in Darwin, recognised for its strong Indigenous and boarding programs, partnered with us and Pathfinders NT to design and deliver a tailored identity and wellbeing program for boarding students.

We created a program that blended hands-on experiential activities with reflective practices to support students navigating life away from home. The experience fostered belonging, strengthened cultural and personal identity, and built self-awareness and resilience through games, storytelling, creative expression, and group process work.

SEDA NT an independent senior secondary school delivering applied learning pathways through the SEDA Model, partnered with us and Parthfinders NT to support leadership development in their Year 12 cohort.

Aligned with the College’s commitment to building confident, resilient, and industry-ready young people, we designed and delivered an experiential leadership session using hands-on challenges and reflective debriefs to explore communication, teamwork, and authentic leadership. The program strengthened student engagement while building practical skills that translate beyond the classroom into future study, work, and community life.
