Our impact

For-purpose organisations

A glimpse into the experiences we’ve co-created with for-purpose organisations and businesses across Australia - and the meaningful impact they’ve made

All Things Equal, a Melbourne-based social enterprise providing award-wage employment for people with disability, partnered with us to redesign and elevate their training program.

We worked with their leadership and training teams to overhaul how workplace skills were taught, making learning more accessible, engaging, and grounded in real experience. This included redesigning assessment methods, embedding experiential learning principles, and creating hands-on activities that supported diverse learning needs.

We also designed and delivered a two-day professional learning workshop for staff, equipping them with core teaching foundations and practical facilitation strategies to ensure learning at All Things Equal is engaging, meaningful, and directly transferable to the workplace.

The Hide N Seek Foundation, a Melbourne organisation focused on early intervention and support for eating disorders, partnered with us to design a professional development program for educators.

The course equips school staff with the skills and confidence to recognise early signs and symptoms, and to engage in healthy, supportive conversations with students, families, and colleagues. We blended evidence-based content with practical, experiential strategies so educators can create safer, more supportive environments for young people.

Wellio Education, a global provider of wellbeing-focused professional development and classroom wellbeing programs, partnered with us to make their existing professional development offering more experiential and impactful.

We reviewed and enhanced their program by embedding hands-on activities, reflective practices, and inquiry-driven approaches to strengthen engagement, relevance, and real-world application for teachers. The updated program is now delivered in schools across Australia, increasing its effectiveness for educators and the communities they support.

Flying Fox an organisation on a mission to build meaningful connections between young people with disability and the wider community through the power of fun, partnered with us to strengthen their facilitator training and deepen the impact of their school-based inclusion workshops.

We designed and delivered an experiential professional learning session focused on behaviour management and participation, supporting facilitators to better understand the drivers behind student behaviour, practise low-key response strategies, explore restorative approaches, and work through real classroom scenarios. The training equipped facilitators with practical, human-centred tools to create safer, more inclusive learning environments while boosting student engagement, confidence, and connection.

Kehilat Kolenu a humanistic Jewish community dedicated to creating inclusive, meaningful, and uplifting Jewish experiences, partnered with us to design and deliver a Bnei Mitzvah rites-of-passage program for 12–13 year olds.

Grounded in Kolenu’s values of connection, joy, and non-prescriptive Jewish identity, we created an experiential learning journey that wove together group process, Jewish learning, ritual, reflection, music, and community participation. In this program young people explore their tradition, develop facilitation and public speaking skills, reflect on their family stories, and engage in project-based action, all while building deep relationships with peers and the wider Kolenu community.

Co-Hive, a vibrant and inclusive Sydney centre for young adults with disability, partnered with us to design post-school educational programs that build independence, real-world skills, and meaningful social connection.

We created a suite of project-based learning programs focused on employment pathways, cooking and healthy eating, and financial literacy. Each program was grounded in experiential learning principles, hands-on practice, real-life application, and collaborative problem-solving, to ensure relevance, engagement, and tangible growth for participants.

Impact North, a Darwin-based organisation supporting remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander entrepreneurs and social enterprises, partnered with us to design and deliver a full-day workshop for their experience designers and facilitators.

The program blended theory and practice in experiential learning and experience design, giving participants practical tools, frameworks, and facilitation techniques to create engaging, culturally responsive, and impactful learning experiences tailored to the communities they work with.
