Experiences we’ve brought to life
Just a glimpse into the experiences we’ve co-created with partners across Australia - and the meaningful impact they’ve made
The King David School, a leading independent Jewish school in Melbourne, engaged with us to design, implement, and lead a whole-school shift toward experiential education across the Senior School.
Working as part of the Senior School Executive, we collaborated closely with school leadership, wellbeing teams, and curriculum leaders to embed engaging, real-world, hands-on learning into the culture of the school.
Our work included:
Developing the strategic vision for the school’s new Experiential Learning Department
Leading and mentoring a team of experiential educators
Designing and facilitating programs across weekly classes, social justice initiatives, student voice, and leadership development
Creating and delivering parent-student events and whole-school festivals
Planning and running senior school camps and one-month overseas learning programs for Years 10 and 11
We also contributed to key whole-school priorities, including the Reconciliation Action Plan Committee, and founded the Zero Emissions School Committee to strengthen the school’s commitment to sustainability and community impact
All Things Equal, a Melbourne-based social enterprise providing award-wage employment for people with disability, partnered with us to redesign and elevate their training program.
We worked with their leadership and training teams to overhaul how workplace skills were taught, making learning more accessible, engaging, and grounded in real experience. This included redesigning assessment methods, embedding experiential learning principles, and creating hands-on activities that supported diverse learning needs.
We also designed and delivered a two-day professional learning workshop for staff, equipping them with core teaching foundations and practical facilitation strategies to ensure learning at All Things Equal is engaging, meaningful, and directly transferable to the workplace.
Haileybury Rendall School in Darwin, recognised for its strong Indigenous and boarding programs, partnered with us and Pathfinders NT to design and deliver a tailored identity and wellbeing program for boarding students.
We created a program that blended hands-on experiential activities with reflective practices to support students navigating life away from home. The experience fostered belonging, strengthened cultural and personal identity, and built self-awareness and resilience through games, storytelling, creative expression, and group process work.
The Hide N Seek Foundation, a Melbourne organisation focused on early intervention and support for eating disorders, partnered with us to design a professional development program for educators.
The course equips school staff with the skills and confidence to recognise early signs and symptoms, and to engage in healthy, supportive conversations with students, families, and colleagues. We blended evidence-based content with practical, experiential strategies so educators can create safer, more supportive environments for young people.
Wellio Education, a global provider of wellbeing-focused professional development and classroom wellbeing programs, partnered with us to make their existing PD offering more experiential and impactful.
We reviewed and enhanced their program by embedding hands-on activities, reflective practices, and inquiry-driven approaches to strengthen engagement, relevance, and real-world application for teachers. The updated program is now delivered in schools across Australia, increasing its effectiveness for educators and the communities they support.
Co-Hive, a vibrant and inclusive Sydney centre for young adults with disability, partnered with us to design post-school educational programs that build independence, real-world skills, and meaningful social connection.
We created a suite of project-based learning programs focused on employment pathways, cooking and healthy eating, and financial literacy. Each program was grounded in experiential learning principles -hands-on practice, real-life application, and collaborative problem-solving -to ensure relevance, engagement, and tangible growth for participants.
Impact North, a Darwin-based organisation supporting remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander entrepreneurs and social enterprises, partnered with us to design and deliver a full-day workshop for their experience designers and facilitators.
The program blended theory and practice in experiential learning and experience design, giving participants practical tools, frameworks, and facilitation techniques to create engaging, culturally responsive, and impactful learning experiences tailored to the communities they work with.
